At First Glance: six public showers, along the hallway between men’s and women’s restrooms; everything was white, but not a very clean white.

Shower Power: Wonderful. But Mom felt like the showerhead was throwing pebbles at her. So maybe it varied with each shower.

Hot or Not?: Well…really hot. Throughout the shower it kept getting hotter and hotter. After a while, we just turned everything off, and then took cold-water showers. That felt really good!

What Made it Nice: Handy benches and hooks, and little bugs everywhere, the kind that don’t bite you.

What Made it Not-So-Nice: It was so humid that we would get out of the shower and walk back to the RV and be sweaty all over again. So after our first uncomfortable experience with that, we showered in our swimsuits, walked back wet to the air-conditioned RV and got dressed there.
