At First Glance: So clean! I loved the cute little
cartoonish sea characters on the shower curtain and all the towels. And we each
had our own fluffy clean colorful towel!
Shower Power: Amazingly adjustable. We could go from a soft,
gentle stream to a wonderfully forceful torrent.
Hot or Not?: Perfectly hot, wonderfully adjustable.
What Made it Nice: The true feeling of being clean. I didn’t
have to wear flipflops to keep my feet from being filthy!
What Made it Not-So-Nice: We had to share. If I had the
chance, I would have spent all day in their shower.
Overall Rating: 10 out of 10

At First Glance: Wow. This is nice. Perhaps the nicest
shower we’ve been in that wasn’t in a house. There was carpet! And the door was
decorated, and everything was the same color scheme and there were cool hooks
and shelves and chairs and more shelves and even a carpeted seating area. There
were three showers, which was good because they were somewhat small.
Shower Power: Mine
was amazing, but apparently some of the other showers were weak.
Hot or Not?: Fabulously hot, only when I trie... Continue reading...

At First Glance: I think this is the tiniest, most
disgusting shower we’ve been in thus far! There were two bathroom stalls and
one shower stall. Compared to the RV’s, the shower was relatively large. There
were a total of six hooks, one bench, two chairs, and one soap holder. We could
see the pipes, and there was no indication as to which brought hot water and
which brought cold.
Shower Power: Nice, actually. Somewhat adjustable.
Hot or Not?: When Abby first turned it on, we heard
som... Continue reading...

At First Glance: Lovely. Painted a nice soft blue, very
spacious, but a little few in number. Inside one shower stall, we found a
chair, a shelf, two double hooks, a bath mat, a shower caddy, and a seat in the
shower that doubled as a shelf.
Shower Power: Very powerful, and adjustable too, and the
showerhead was nice and high. But the controls consisted of only a single push
button. After I pushed it, I had a nice shower of water – for about fifteen
seconds.
Hot or Not?: No temperature a... Continue reading...

At First Glance: Spacious, but ugly wall colors, but nice
tile flooring. Clean enough, nice hooks and triangular bench. Weird shower head
in the front left corner of the shower, very low, facing back wall.
Shower Power: The two in the men’s restroom switched on and
off having decent pressure and being drippy. In the ladies’ showers, the water
pressure depended on how many showers were turned on.
Hot or Not?: Either burnin’ hot or freezin’ cold! Not fun.
What Made it Nice: The oppo... Continue reading...

At First Glance: Eh. Yellow and dirty white. Somewhat
spacious. No caddy. Gaudy yellow shower curtain.
Shower Power: One in the ladies’ restroom was pathetic, and
the other was all right.
Hot or Not?: Hot, but not enough. Unsatisfactorily lukewarm.
What Made it Nice: Sturdy wooden benches, lots of laughter.
What Made it Not-So-Nice: Mom and Abby crashed my and
Lindsey’s shower because theirs didn’t work. That made a relatively shower feel
a whole lot smaller! Not fun.

At First Glance: Nice. Coordinated tiles, shower curtains,
and wall colors. Lots of hooks and shelves and space. The floor even slopes
downward towards the drain so we’re not showering in a ginormous puddle.
Shower Power: Better than yesterday’s but still rather
drippy.
Hot or Not?: Nice and hot, but the temperature controller
didn’t line up with the temperature…
What Made it Nice: a very long row of about twenty double
hooks and very hot clean water.
What Made it Not-So-Nice: Mo... Continue reading...

At First Glance: Lovely. Bright happy yellow walls, pretty
shower curtains, spacious, clean, private.
Shower Power: Not at all amazing. Really rather pathetic.
Hot or Not?: Hot for the ladies’ showers, but Ben complains
that his got cold at the end.
What Made it Nice: a chest-high big long shelf outside the
showers for all our stuff, cute little convenient shower caddies and hooks.
What Made it Not-So-Nice: We had to pay for it, a quarter
for three or four minutes of water.

At First Glance: There were four showers by the women’s
restrooms and two by the men’s. Perfect for our family! But two of the women’s
showers were occupied. And they were tiny and mostly boringly white and
cream-colored. Convenient trashcan and cute little blue painted wooden bench with
a handy shelf attached.
Shower Power: OK, but not great. Somewhat drippy.
Hot or Not?: Started freezing cold, got somewhat warm, and
then got colder again. Not impressive.
What Made it Nice: The be... Continue reading...

At First Glance: Cute hot air ballons wallpaper! And lovely
blue stall doors. A little tiny and gross concrete floors, but generally
pleasing.
Shower Power: Awesome! and a switch to change it! Yay!
Hot or Not?: Really hot for a really long time. I took a
half-hour shower, and it was still just as hot at the end as it was at the
beginning!
What Made it Nice: Great water pressure and interior design.
And at the sinks were samples of the campground hosts’ homemade soap! It
smelled great!
