At First Glance: Gross beige linoleum floor clashed with even grosser taupe-painted stall walls. Blue letter stickers placed on shower doors announced “SHOWER” in a not straight line. The shower curtain wasn’t wide enough, the shower rod wasn’t high enough, and neither was the showerhead. The floor was dirty, there was no changing area, the showerhead had dried disgustingness on it, and the temperature adjuster knob glowed green with unwelcome growth.

Shower Power: Just better than pathetic, and the water smelled like sulfur or rotten eggs.

Hot or Not?: Just one temperature possible in these showers – hot, and VERY hot at that. Not at all adjustable, and scorching hot; highly unpleasant.

What Made it Nice: No bugs, relatively warm, two double hooks by the sinks, but that didn’t do us much good at all!

What Made it Not-So-Nice: Everything! I miss the Pea Patch showers, and I miss the showers in my house!
