At First Glance: Well-decorated, compared to the rest of our rental house.
Shower Power: Alright, but hopeless if someone else is showering upstairs.
Hot or Not?: Again, almost decent, unless, of course, someone else is showering upstairs.
What Made it Nice: Lots of space, and a bathtub attached.
What Made it Not-So-Nice: Pokey, painful bath mat.
